Responsibilities of Manager Media Marketing Manager marketing is a media and public relations expert specialized in ensuring company's effective media presence and brand reputation management. We are currently looking for Experienced Media Director who will be responsible for leading and overseeing our media team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization and performance analysis. Manage and supervise a team in day to day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning/execution and serving as a resource for the team Train, motivate, grow and evaluate team-members. Analyse relevant channels and outlets Develop budgets and flowcharts Recommend tactical implementation and timing Day-to-day management of digital media plans including developing recommendations, execution details and budgets Lead and direct the development of client presentations from a media perspective Research and implement new techniques and technologies that are relevant to clients’ media strategies Draw insight from campaign results Ensure dialogue with client and internal team on informed strategic implications Maintain current knowledge of PR, marketing and industry best practices Identify press opportunities through evolving issues. Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels. Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies. Serve as the organization’s media liaison and formal spokesperson. Conduct press conferences and briefings. • Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends. Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results. Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals. Build and manage the organization's social media profile and presence. Promote additional projects to support new project launches. Supervising marketing staff by setting deadlines, workloads, and goals, and also monitoring analytics. Build long-term relationships with media influencers. Appropriately manage the organization’s media budget. Education & Skills 1. Previous working experience as a Head – Media for at least 4-5 years. Total experience 12-15 years 2. MA in Media, Public relations, Communication or similar relevant field 3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills 4.
