Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets. Manage supply chain activities related to domestic and export sales, including logistics, transportation, and inventory coordination. Service existing customers, obtain repeat and new orders, and develop structured plans to grow the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance long-term customer loyalty. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and segments. Monitor industry and market trends to adapt marketing approaches and ensure competitive positioning. Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs. Analyze sales performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to support business planning and decision-making. Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Organize promotional activities, participate in trade shows, and manage branding initiatives. Ensure all marketing materials and communication channels reflect the company’s values and value propositions. Train and lead a team of sales representatives or executives as needed to meet departmental goals. Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and oversee the documentation for international shipments. Liaise with internal departments such as finance, R&D, and quality control to align business efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned by the senior leadership team.
