Role & responsibilities Manager Maintenance Location: Bahadurgarh (Base), with visits to Bhiwadi & Haridwar Grade: M3 | Travel: 25% Reports To: GM Maintenance (Corporate) Job Summary: Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance across multiple locations to ensure high machine uptime, cost optimization, and process efficiency. The role includes spare parts management, vendor coordination, energy conservation, and ESG compliance while driving continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, MTTR/MTBF). Key Responsibilities: Cost & Energy Management: Optimize spare parts planning, vendor sourcing, and energy efficiency Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, machine reliability & process improvement Workforce & Safety: Implement ESG & safety protocols, SOP enforcement Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Minimize downtime, manage utilities & audits Key Metrics (KPIs): Machine Uptime: Greater than 99.5% Breakdowns: Less Than 0.5 per machine/month Energy Cost Savings: Greater than 10% MTTR/MTBF Improvement: 15% Maintenance Cost Reduction: Greater than 10% Stakeholder Management: Internal: Manufacturing, CPD, NPD, Finance, HR External: Vendors, Suppliers, Govt. Authorities Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Experience: Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) 1st Division Experience: 10-12 years Technical Skills: CAD/CAM & layout drawings Maintenance of Utilities (Boilers, Chillers, DG Sets) Expertise in Molding & Engineering machines 5S & Kaizen implementation Spare parts planning & procurement MTTR/MTBF analysis Safety & ESG compliance Energy conservation strategies Perks and benefits Join Relaxo & drive operational excellence in maintenance!
