**We are hiring for a leading EdTech group committed to transforming the future of learning through strategic growth initiatives.** Designation- Manager- M&A Qualification- MBA (Finance) /CA is Mandatory Location: Mumbai Years of experience: 4-5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Buy-side), Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, preferably in the education or consumer sector. Role and responsibilities: • M&A Strategy & Execution: o Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic M&A opportunities that align with the organization’s growth objectives. o Conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to support informed decision-making. o Attend industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to identify and source potential M&A opportunities. o Develop comprehensive investment memos, presentations, and business cases for leadership and key stakeholders. o Proactively engage with potential partners, schedule meetings, and foster relationships to explore collaboration and acquisition prospects. • Due Diligence & Negotiation: o Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and commercial aspects. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions. o Support negotiations of key deal terms, agreements, and structuring of transactions. • Post-Merger Integration: o Develop and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless transition and value realization. o Monitor post-acquisition performance and synergies while resolving challenges in execution. • Stakeholder Management & Compliance: o Liaise with investors, legal advisors, auditors, and internal leadership teams. o Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and financial reporting requirements. Experience and Qualification • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. • 5-6 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, preferably in the education or consumer sector. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Experience in leading due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to travel extensively Reach out to us at khushboo.baweja@ipventures.in Show more Show less
