Job Responsibilities: Drive sales of luxury residential properties through high-net-worth (HNW) client engagement and relationship management. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Organize and participate in exclusive property showcases, site visits, and networking events. Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for marketing strategies and lead generation. Provide personalized client advisory services and ensure exceptional customer experience. Min 2 years of experience in luxury residential sales Should have knowledge of current market trends Should be target oriented with excellent negotiation skills Candidates from top channel partner firms are preferred. Location - Pune, Noida, Gurugram .
