Manager - Logistics & FG Warehouse

• Plan and execute domestic and international shipments to the US, and Europe markets
• Coordinate with multiple freight forwarders and manage shipment schedules
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods with minimal transit delays
• Interactions with factory manager, Quality manager, planning manager, Finance manager.
• Prepare and verify all export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, and shipping instructions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and DGFT norms
• Should be well-versed with Export Incentives available from Govt.
• Filing of Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry with Customs Authorities.
• Handle customs clearance for critical shipments and resolve issues with CHA and port authorities
• Interact & aligned with customers to keep the shipment good on time with lean process also not limited to add proactive options.
• Operate and update ERP systems for logistics, inventory, and order tracking
• Generate MIS reports on shipment status, inventory turnover, and logistics KPIs
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational SOPs
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters for smooth operations
• Should have 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
• Exposure in handling customs related to import/export queries.
• Experience in handling ERP modules in Logistics
• Strong knowledge of international logistics compliance
• Experience handling customs clearance for critical shipments
• Ability to manage multiple forwarders and high-volume shipments
• Good communication in English and Local language.
• Strong management skills 5S, SMART methodology is plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
