Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Doctor with a postgraduate qualification to join our B2B Business team. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and business acumen to drive partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and other organizations. You will act as a bridge between medical knowledge and business strategy, ensuring MFines solutions meet the healthcare needs of our B2B partners while achieving revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partnership Management Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients (corporates, insurance companies, hospitals, etc.) to expand MFines partner network. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, CEOs, and healthcare administrators. Develop customized healthcare solutions (e.g., telemedicine subscriptions, employee wellness programs) tailored to client needs. Clinical Expertise & Solution Design Leverage medical knowledge to advise on the development and enhancement of MFines B2B offerings, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate healthcare insights into digital tools and services for B2B clients. Provide expert input on chronic disease management, preventive care, and emergency protocols for corporate wellness programs. Sales & Revenue Generation Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by closing B2B deals and upselling existing accounts. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses to prospective clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Client Support & Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their healthcare-related queries and ensuring seamless service delivery. Coordinate with operations and medical teams to resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities. Team Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align B2B offerings with MFines overall strategy. Mentor junior team members and share medical insights to enhance team performance. Represent MFine at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote B2B services. Qualifications & Skills Educational Background : MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience post-PG. Prior experience in healthcare business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred) is a strong plus. Skills : Strong understanding of medical practices, telemedicine, and healthcare delivery systems in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate clinical knowledge into business solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. Certifications : Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or state medical council. Language : Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus. Key Competencies Business acumen and strategic thinking.
