Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support in contractual and legal evaluations, RFP documents, and tender inquiries related to legal terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating and facilitating cross-team decision-making among legal, finance, business, and internal teams.
  • Drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Handling litigation matters, including intellectual property rights, labor issues, and risk management.
  • Conducting legal research, analysis, and providing strategic legal advice to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in legal management and secretarial roles.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contract management, litigation, IPR, and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relations and presenting legal strategies.
  • Experience in due diligence, risk management, and legal compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including contract law, intellectual property laws, and labor regulations.
