Job Description

Strategy Development:

Contribute to the development of the overall learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze current training programs and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

Program Design and Implementation:

Design and develop innovative learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, seminars, and leadership development initiatives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
Oversee the implementation of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.

Training Needs Analysis:

Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements across departments and job roles.
Utilize feedback mechanisms and performance data to inform training priorities and focus areas.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR business partners, and external training providers.
Consult with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and objectives and provide recommendations for appropriate solutions.

Learning Delivery and Facilitation:

Facilitate training sessions as needed, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content.
Coach and mentor internal trainers or facilitators to enhance their effectiveness.

Learning Technology and Innovation:

Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, including learning technologies and methodologies.
Evaluate and implement learning technology solutions to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content.
