Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term, strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and execute opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products, driving additional sales and revenue. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product development, and customer service) to deliver tailored product solutions aligned with client needs. Monitor client data and account performance to identify growth opportunities, applying analytical rigor to provide actionable insights. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely resolution. Track and report on key account performance using Excel and other analytical tools to assess trends and improvements. Provide ongoing support to key accounts by sharing product information, researching new opportunities, and suggesting service improvements based on client feedback. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to anticipate and meet client expectations. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand presence and strengthening partnerships. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar sales roles, preferably within the luxury or jewellery sector. Proven ability to manage high-value accounts, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities for clients. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada is preferred. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-driven, outcome-focused, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently while ensuring end-to-end client service delivery.
