Job Description

As the Manager - IS Services Delivery (Salesforce) at Hyland Software, you will lead a team of developers to enhance, maintain, and provide production support within Salesforce and other integrated systems. Your role involves ensuring the delivery of functional and supportable applications that enable Hyland Software employees, partners, and customers to efficiently complete business tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Working closely with internal business partners, managers, and project managers to meet business needs - Ensuring application availability, quality of service, and minimizing incidents - Serving as a key technical expert for business partners, utilizing current and emerging technologies - Engaging in complex business initiatives requiring technical solutions across the organization - Anticipating and systematically resolving problems, providing guidance to peers and subordinates - Influencing and negotiating with business customers - Educating business/technical partners and leaders in areas of expertise - Collaborating with other technology and infrastructure teams to provide seamless solutions - Participating in planning sessions for critical business/technical issues - Providing recommendations on business and systems options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-functional business goals - Anticipating customer needs and ensuring they are met through collaboration with business areas - Establishing effective relationships with internal business customers and vendor partners - Providing ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and development to staff - Handling recruiting activities, compensation processes, and budget forecasting - Prioritizing and assigning work for team members, ensuring appropriate training and mentoring - Complying with corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies **Qualifications Required:** - A Bachelor's degree in a business, IS/IT discipline, or equivalent experience in application development and technical service management - Excellent coaching, written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Exceptional follow-through and customer-service orientation - Advanced interpersonal skills and understanding of confidentiality - Excellent technical aptitude Hyland Software offers a supportive culture and meaningful benefits, including learning & development opportunities, R&D focus on cutting-edge technologies, work-life balance with a flexible work environment, well-being programs including healthcare and wellness support, community engagement initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs, and niceties & events for employee engagement.
