Please see the following position summary: Company Profile: Australian Global Pharma specialist in Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - International Sales Portfolio: Pharmaceutical Business Market: Global Market except Australia & New Zealand Location: Bangalore Job Profile: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets within the pharmaceutical business. Identifying new markets and business opportunities for exports / global markets and developing new business accounts. Generate leads for potential customers through social media strategies, techno commercial activities and participating in international trade shows and exhibitions. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging markets and assess the feasibility of market entry strategies. Creating brand awareness, marketing strategies, sales, business development, & market research. Stay abreast of international market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand company's customer base. Identify and cultivate strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to maximize business opportunities. Provide support in products registration process, export documents, export licenses, procurements, shipping and logistics. Engaging in virtual meetings, delivering pretentions, and providing comprehensive explanations about company and products. Meeting or exceeding the set revenue targets for the designated regions Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Addressing technical and commercial enquiries from customers promptly and efficiently. Handling any product or customer-related complaints that arise and ensuring satisfactory resolution. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, regulatory and finance to ensure smooth and efficient transaction and customer service. Desired Profile: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharm / M. Pharm + MBA with 7 to 12 yrs proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition and global markets. Prior experience in international markets is often preferred. Incumbent must be strong exposure in international market except Australia & New Zealand. Incumbent must have very good hands on exposure on different types of formulations like: Solid Oral, Injectables, Parenteral, Topical, Liquid Oral etc. Incumbent has to generate lead from the scratched from global market except Australia & New Zealand) Experience in brand awareness, marketing strategies, sales, business development, and market research. Having fair understanding of registration process, export documents, export licenses, procurements, shipping and logistics. Candidate should have expertise at building client relationships, driving sales. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience in engaging C-level executives. Willingness to travel extensively across internationally for client meetings, trade shows, & business development activities. Work experience in MNC companies in similar industries will be preferred. Excellent stakeholder management abilities. An entrepreneurial mind-set with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and key stakeholders. Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully in diverse cultural and regulatory environments. Highly levels of enthusiasm and curiosity. Strong prospecting and closing skills.
