Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Development Manager located in Pune. The International Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with international clients, conducting market research, and formulating strategies to expand our global presence. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure efficient operations and product delivery. Requirements Proficiency in identifying and developing new business opportunities Experience in managing relationships with international clients Strong skills in conducting market research and analysis Ability to formulate and implement strategic plans for global expansion Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the food or spice industry is a plus Qualification MBA In International Business Experience Minimum 4 years experience in International Business Development for FMCG industry.
