Role Overview As a member of the Network Firewall Services (product-oriented team), the successful candidate will be responsible for the support, development, design, planning and management of Firewall infrastructure cross all region and different environment (Azure, AWS, on prem). The role involves detailed design/maintenance of firewall infrastructure, with cooperation of security and compliance teams. As part of job is also maintain/prepare FW API integration with our internally developed Automation or with 3rd party What will you do in this role Support/maintain Firewall infrastructure (plus Lifecycle, Assets history) Design and deploy the architecture that support the operated services. Develop plans for enhancement/new service onboarding and effectively communication new capability to security/compliance or other architecture teams (Cloud, DC, Manufacturing). Prepare and execute integration firewall services to other products (DC, Cloud). Close cooperation and coordination with Tier2 Operations Cooperation with DEV part of team on automations (API recommendation, requirement s definition) What should you have 3+ years functional and technical experience with support of Firewall environment Fluent in English, in both verbal and written communication. Possesses expert knowledge of Firewall including management (Cisco FTD/FMC, Palo Alto/Panorama GUI and CLI). Expert knowledge engineering/supporting of firewall environment with hundreds of devices (large scale implementations) Ability to provide support for Real-time events providing moderated services (support shifts). Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment (mainly about DEVOPS, participating on Scrum projects for our environment) Desired Experience and Skills: Ansible (Tower) Confluence/Jira Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
