Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should have an understanding and have thorough knowledge software in hospital. (HIMS, Saral, Precise WMS, Tally, PACS, etc.) Responsible for supporting hospital staff for the above mentioned software in terms of training, issues and installation. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Research and identify solutions to software issues. Maintain the security and masters of the HIMS Preventively check the software for positive and negative test cases and prepare the report. Point out the issues in software coordinate with respective software team either via phone, email or chat until they have solved the issue. Properly escalate unresolved issues to HOD - IT. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to hospital employees Maintain all the technical issue documentation and steps taken to resolve it. Implement the changes (for the corrections or new requirements) in the software and test them before handing it over to hospital staff. Follow up with hospital staff to ensure that the software is fully functional after troubleshooting. Prepare reports as and when requested by other departments and management. Create technical documentation and manuals of the software and processes. Maintain all IT information confidential. Any other task assigned by Management.
