Roles & Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic time and resource management across teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead crisis mitigation efforts by anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Present strategic plans, campaign ideas, and briefs to internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Creator Management

  • Oversee end-to-end creator management, including communication, content alignment, calendar planning, and business negotiations.
  • Develop innovative and high-impact influencer and content strategies tailored to brand goals.
  • Evaluate and onboard new creators, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign requirements.

Campaign Management

  • Lead flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues with agility and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth execution.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates and executives; ensure efficient workflow distribution and performance excellence.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skillsets and overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Minimum

    7 years of experience

    in influencer marketing or a related domain.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning and execution; ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant influencer marketing or CRM tools.
