Job Description

As the Manager of Industrial and Warehousing in the North/India region, your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage in business development activities within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. This involves conducting focused business development through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging existing relationships. Your role will also require researching companies interested in starting or expanding operations, developing and executing strategies for business development in collaboration with Line Managers, and setting up meetings with key decision makers to understand their real estate requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations and proposals. You will also support Transaction Services by assessing client requirements, initiating and maintaining client interactions, providing pricing inputs, and participating in proposal discussions. Furthermore, you will assist the transaction advisory team in effectively concluding real estate transactions by preparing information memorandums, conducting financial analysis, and gathering market intelligence. An essential aspect of your role will be to ensure optimal client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, timely follow-ups, submission of company proposals, and overall governance during the execution phase. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, proven negotiation and financial skills, and the capacity to adapt to change. As a self-starter with confidence, collaboration skills, multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented mindset, you should be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess the capability to deliver results under challenging scenarios.
