Job Description

As a Mobile, Laptop, and Accessories Section Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the section. Your key responsibilities will include: - Training and supervising the sales staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service - Guiding customers in choosing the right digital products that meet their needs - Maintaining proper product display and cleanliness in the section - Tracking inventory levels and restocking items as needed to meet customer demand - Handling basic technical queries about the products to assist customers effectively - Achieving monthly sales targets and working towards improving customer satisfaction - Staying updated on new product launches and features to provide customers with the latest information Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or digital products - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of digital products and technical specifications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs This is a full-time position located in person at the store.,
