Dear All,We are currently looking for employees to join the Corporate HR delivery teamJob responsibilitiesRecruitment & onboardingEnsure staffing as per thebusiness requirements within the overall hiring framework
Anchor campus hiring &campus relationship management
Ensure smooth onboarding forall new joinees through detailed induction and support for post joiningassimilationStakeholder partnering
Establishconnect with employees, be tuned to the employee sensing and spot concernsahead of time to work on the interventions proactively
Bethe Single Point of Contact for all employee queries, policy clarifications andother support for seamless work delivery
Engagewith critical stakeholders for regular updates on key employee metrics &sensing
Havediscussions and create records of exit conversations to analyse trends and planfor future actionsOther responsibilities
Drive the Learning,Engagement & Communication agenda of the organisationAddress workplace grievancesand anchor the employee governance processBuild operational excellencewith process adherence for all HR processes for the overall employee lifecycle
