Manager I - fund reporting, Data reporting, Fund admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing the UST Fund and Data Reporting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all funds, client, and regulatory reports. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end production cycle, maintaining effective governance of reporting processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting new product launches and regulatory change projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and develop the UST Fund and Data Reporting team - Oversee the end-to-end production cycle, including allocation of workloads, monitoring deadlines, and adherence to SLAs - Act as the primary escalation point for the UST team - Ensure effective governance of all reporting processes - Develop and maintain relationships with global business stakeholders and external data/service providers - Identify areas for automation and best-practice adoption - Maintain and update reporting templates, data sources, and technical documentation - Support new product launches, regulatory change projects, or digital platform migrations - Monitor and communicate Management Information, KPIs, risks, and production issues - Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development for the UST reporting team - Maintain a robust controls environment - Keep up-to-date with regulatory and industry trends in fund/data reporting Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in fund reporting operations and team leadership in a global financial services or asset management environment - Deep technical knowledge of fund structures, reporting processes, data requirements, and regulatory & compliance obligations - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff in a deadline-driven environment - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on prioritisation, detail, and accuracy - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills - Background in process improvement and change management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with reporting technologies and data platforms an advantage - High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability - Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable - Client-centric approach with a commitment to building a positive, inclusive, and diverse team culture About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation, embedding innovation and agility into organizations.
