Manager - Human Resources

As a Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources at Medanta Foundation, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR function. This includes tasks such as manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and managing exit processes. You will play a crucial role in building effective hiring channels for all CSR roles, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, tracking the percentage of positions closed within agreed timelines, and monitoring the quality of new hires. Your key responsibilities will include supporting Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs, driving learning and development programs for the team, implementing performance management strategies, and managing all employee matters. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing HR policies, processes, and practices specifically tailored for CSR initiatives. Your role will also involve partnering with leaders to align people practices with the Foundation's mission and impactful goals.
