Job Description

We are looking for a Manager - Human Resources to own the employee lifecycle and HR operations in India. This role will ensure smooth onboarding experiences, maintain HR compliance, and provide general HR support to employees of Truevantage. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding , including offer letters, background verification, and induction programs Maintain and update employee records , ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws Manage training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with company goals and industry standards. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits administration. Assist in HR compliance, statutory filings, and audits as required. Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. Provide general HR support for workforce planning , employee relations, and performance management processes Key Qualifications & Skills: 4-6 years of HR experience , preferably in a professional services or multinational environment as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist with some exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements . Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in employee onboarding and HR operations. Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance in India. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or Indian HR certifications) is a plus
