Assistant Manager / Manager Human Resources (Business Partner role) Responsibilities: Assist in development and implementation of HR / Employee policies Provide assistance and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues Offer thought leadership regarding organizational performance culture and people-related strategy and execution Identify and implement continual improvements of HR programs, such as recruiting, employee retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Collaborate with the HoDs to champion and accelerate a culture of business excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results Support in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience and development Offer proactive recruiting assistance in identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates Responsible for the entire employee Hire to Retire process Work closely with management and finance team in administering compensation and benefits programs Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Identify and implement meaningful HR metrics, like time to hire, employee turnover rates, etc. Organize quarterly, monthly and annual employee performance reviews and lead performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Work at all levels of the HR stack strategic, operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels of employees. Should be able to read, write and speak Malayalam.
