Manager HR Our client is a 30 years old manufacturer of various components for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including steel tubes, condensers, filter driers, wire shelves, baskets, evaporators, and AC components. With facilities across Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Chennai, candidate has to manage all the plants. the role involves 30% Travel to these destinations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company's growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs. - Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. - Collaborate with plant management to address HR-related issues and support operational needs. Qualifications - Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the automotive ancillary sector. - Experience in managing HR functions in a plant environment. - Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
