Coordination with the technical team for software projects Receiving customer calls, follow-ups, and task assignment Customer service and post-sales support Operational workflow and activity tracking HR-related activities: attendance, onboarding/offboarding Supporting payroll process and maintaining employee records Report creation, documentation, and management support
Bachelors degree (MBA Preferred but not mandatory)
