Job Title - Assistant Manager Position Summary:(Purpose, expected results & degree of freedom) Implement and Coordinate HR Processes /Activities, Recruitment, Employee Training & Development and, address employee concerns and grievances. Shall work under the guidance of VP-HR & Admn. Principle Job Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans. Assist in training and development programs for employee growth and skill enhancement. Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations. Manage payroll processing and benefits administration. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR analytics to aid decision-making. Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
