Role & responsibilities The person will be responsible for staffing and inducting all the showroom employees. He/She will be responsible for attracting adequate requisite talent for the showrooms. The role shall require travel to locations. Grievance redressal, Take care of Internal job promotions and transfers Attrition control and Retention strategies Team management Preferred candidate profile MBA HR/MSW HR with at least 8 years of Talent acquisition experience in Retail/FMCG/FMCD industries. Must have experience in handling any of the HRMS software Excellent in Microsoft excel Telugu is mandatory Job requires extensive travel to locations
