Position: Manager- Human Resources & Administration

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee management, and office administration. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate monthly inputs.
  • Support performance management, confirmations, appraisals, and policy communication.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR compliance and support documentation for audits.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and logistics.
  • Monitor office assets, inventories, and procurement.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations and maintain a professional office environment.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain proper documentation for new hires, exits, policies, and statutory records.
  • Support HR Manager in HR policy updates, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and administrative procedures
  • Good communication (English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and confidentiality handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
  • Experience in a corporate or service-based company preferred
