Qualification:
1. Graduate in Life Science / Allied Health Science.
2. CPC / CRC certification required; additional management training preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage multiple HCC coding teams to meet client and business objectives.
2. Drive quality initiatives and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
3. Analyze productivity and quality metrics to improve operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with clients for project updates and feedback.
5. Manage resource allocation, training, and team development.
Required Skills:
1. Expertise in HCC coding, auditing, and project management.
2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
3. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
