We focus on innovation and data-driven strategies to fuel our growth in the Indian market. Role Overview Building a lean team of 3 people, that will work directly with the founders and the leadership team to solve core issues and working cross functionally across different projects. As the Manager - Growth at Beco, you will lead efforts to solve key challenges, drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to optimize our Ecommerce, D2C, Retail, Modern Trade and shape our expansion in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and sales. Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities. Work with brand, ops, and sales teams to implement impactful growth initiatives. Design and run A/B tests to refine marketing campaigns and product offerings. Track and report on key metrics (e.g., cac, pdp, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, roas, etc) to guide decision-making. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to keep Beco ahead of the curve. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from IIT or BITS Pilani in a relevant field. Experience in growth hacking, data analysis, or a related role, ideally in Ecommerce or consumer goods. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), good to have knowledge of visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Solid knowledge of digital marketing and Ecommerce strategies or interested to learn about them. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
