Job Description

The Manager Global Total Rewards is responsible for analyzing and implementing compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of compensation trends, and the ability to collaborate with HR teams to support the company s compensation strategy. Conduct global salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive compensation structures. Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for salary adjustments, incentives, and bonuses. Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs globally. Evaluate job descriptions and classifications to determine appropriate leveling and salary range alignment. Support global annual salary review and performance-based compensation processes. Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to develop compensation strategies aligned with business goals. Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation trends, cost analyses, and pay equity. Provide guidance to HR and managers on compensation policies and best practices. Working with local HR Teams, ensure compliance with international compensation laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR and management teams across regions to develop compensation packages that attract and retain global talent. Analyze and report on global compensation data and trends to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent work experience. 4+ years of experience in global compensation programs, analysis, benchmarking, etc. Strong analytical skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. Knowledge of international compensation pay practices. Excellent communication skills. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification is a plus. Skills Required: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively across time zones and multicultural teams. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, PayScale). Must have experience in a global company and should have knowledge of US/European employee markets Should be familiar with job evaluation methodology, incentive plans, building compensation ranges, etc. Should be willing to work the 2pm to10pm shift Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices. Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
