Job Description

The Sourcing Technology Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives for IT and technology-related categories, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting.
This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance, and plays a key role in vendor management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

1 Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.

2 Strong knowledge of IT categories including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and licensing models.

3 Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and Fusion

4 Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements in tech procurement.

1Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology categories aligned with business goals.

2 Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFPs, RFIs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

3 Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

4 Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs.

5 Analyze market trends and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.

6 Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all sourcing activities.
