Position Summary... What you'll do... Team and Position Summary: This position is part of the FP;AReporting and Analytics COE and will be based out of Walmart Global Tech Chennai office. This team primarily provides reporting and analytics support to WMT HQ Finance Team anddrivecontinuous improvement/enhancementsto the digital reporting suite. What you will do: Excitingopportunity tobe part ofgrowingReporting ; Analyticsteam andhelp to buildtruly scalable products and applications forforecasting,budgeting,andplanning processesResponsible forstandard runof transformedreportsand enhancementsDefine business requirements and recommend solutions to the business in the form of user stories and other document artifacts. Stewards key documentation needed tosustain the reportsData source identification and management using SQL and other data sourcesDevelopment of dashboards using data visualisation tools, preferably Power BI. For live reports that are stabilized assumes Product Owner roleParticipate in global and regional information management meetings to align on priorities, development design and improvementsProvides analytical capabilities once capacityarisesEnsures report used in normalcourse of businessSubject Matter Advisor (SMA) of segment/function and supports the Pod Leads with simple analytics requestsMonitor generation of reports, tests for consistency ; quality, analyses outputs and adds L1 commentaryGood coordination skills working with cross-functional teams and multiple projects . Exuberant and committed individual having passion towards analytics and interest in bringing transformation to the reporting ecosystemMust be open to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional and cross-cultural environmentHigh learning agility with strong communication, great analytical ; inter-personal skillsEagerness to understand business and contribute effectively towards decision supportAbility to storyboard key financial data ; metrics through Power BI dashboardsOut of box thinking abilities to offer creative and sustainable solutions What you will bring: CA / CPA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
