We are seeking an experienced Manager- Finance Operations to join us in this mission, to be a self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, but capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams. What You Will Be Doing Supervise the finance shared services team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts, invoices, and collections. Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies , procedures and relevant regulation. Manage the collections process, working with customers to resolve outstanding payments and improve cash flow. Monitor and manage deferred revenue accounts, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting. Coordinate and optimize revenue operations processes, including pricing, billing, and revenue recognition, to ensure alignment with business goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations. Work cross-functionally with account management, sales, operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information. Oversee the overall CRM and recommend automation of tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting. Manage and maintain dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals. About You Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience Proven experience in finance operations, with a focus on deferred revenue, dashboard building, shared services, and revenue operations. Skills & Qualities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Show more Show less
