Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts including expense provisions and closing activities

  • Analysis of expenses and study of variances with respect to budget and previous periods/years

  • Budget preparation and forecasting with detailed variance analysis

  • MIS reporting - preparation of management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis

  • Audit handling - Internal, Statutory, and Tax audits including schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis

  • Taxation & Compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing (domestic & foreign), ICFR

  • Submission of tax-related information - tax audits, tax estimates, returns

  • Related party reconciliations, reporting, and approvals

  • Monitoring of forex payments and compliance with RBI/ FEMA guidelines

  • Ensure statutory compliances and adherence to accounting standards (Ind-AS)

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWAI

Experience

Minimum 4 -5 years post-qualification

Industry Preferred

Automobile or other large/medium manufacturing organisations

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Company Accounts, Accounting Standards, Ind-AS

  • Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Statutory Compliances

  • Analytical skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to manage closing, MIS reporting, and audit requirements

  • Customer focus

  • Passion for quality and effective project management

  • Idea orientation and change catalyst

  • High integrity and compliance mindset
