Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Manager to lead the development and execution of security awareness initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a strong security culture and driving behavioral change through engaging, data-driven awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness strategy tailored.
Develop training content and campaigns focused on secure coding, phishing prevention, data protection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and other cyber copliances
Conduct regular phishing simulations and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and program alignment.
Monitor and report on awareness metrics, training completion rates, and risk reduction outcomes.
Stay current with threat intelligence and incorporate relevant trends into awareness materials.
Successfully run awareness campaigns across the organisation.
