Manager ESG

As a candidate for the position of developing and implementing strategies for profitable growth of Sustainability related / ESG services offering, your responsibilities will include: - Developing business plans and strategies to secure new contracts. - Networking with key players and keeping abreast of external market developments to enhance SGS's market share. - Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. - Mapping out business and marketing plans for sustainability related / ESG Services and exploring new markets. - Managing marketing and promotional activities. - Conducting competitor analysis and understanding market dynamics. - Training and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Providing necessary technical support to the sales staff on specific products. - Staying updated on industry trends and consolidating market intelligence to adjust strategies. - Collaborating with Operations on potential business opportunities and sharing progress updates. - Forwarding potential opportunities to other Business Lines when appropriate. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and integrity policies at all times. Qualifications required for this role: - Degree in Business Management or a relevant technical subject. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-commercial role. - Successful track record in managing sustainability related / ESG service portfolio. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
