Dynamic Realty is looking for Manager - ERP to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's ERP system. You will work to ensure that the ERP system aligns with our business processes and goals, and that it continues to support the efficient operation of our company. Key Responsibilities : ERP Implementation : Oversee the implementation and integration of the ERP system, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful rollout. System Administration : Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ERP system to meet the changing needs of the organization. Data Management : Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the ERP system. Develop data migration strategies and oversee data cleansing efforts. User Training : Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system to perform their duties. Customization : Work with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and customizations, and coordinate with developers to implement changes. Security and Access Control : Establish and maintain user access controls, permissions, and data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Troubleshooting : Address and resolve ERP system issues, collaborating with IT and support teams as needed to minimize downtime and disruption. Process Optimization : Continuously review and optimize business processes to ensure that the ERP system is aligned with organizational goals. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures. Reporting : Create and generate reports from the ERP system to assist management in making informed decisions. Compliance : Ensure that the ERP system complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in ERP system management and implementation. Proficiency in ERP software (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. ). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : ERP certifications or training. Experience with specific ERP modules or solutions relevant to the organization's industry (e. g. , finance, manufacturing, supply chain). Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of business process reengineering and optimization.
