Job Title- Manager-Erection Department Erection & Services Division Crushing & Grinding Reporting to Head-After Sales & Service Location Pune Experience 10 to 15 Years Qualification BE Mechanical Critical Skills & Personal Attributes Experience in erection of cement plant and equipment Experience in erection of ball mills, pre-heater and pre-calciner, rotary kiln, clinker cooler, dynamic separators etc. Experience in erection of various material handling equipment Good communication skills Good record keeping Good technical and operation knowledge of cement plant Maintenance aspects of various equipment's in cement plant Main responsibility Supervision of erection of cement plant and equipment Visiting to various cement plants for condition monitoring of equipment supplied by WIL Visiting to various cement plants for inquiry generation for spares Preparation of erection protocol Preparation of erection schedule and carrying out the erection as per plan Co-ordination with various engineers from vendors for completing the erection activities at site. Knowledge Sound Technical Knowledge on maintenance of various cement plant and equipment Familiar with erection procedure and protocol for cement plant and equipment Knowledge of MS Projects, MS Power Point, MS Excel etc. Work Styles Decision making ability Hardworking Sincere and dedicated Systematic and focused in working Multi-tasking
