Has a hunter mindset with a focus on acquiring and scaling key accounts Can take ownership of B2B sales targets and execute with speed Brings strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Is committed to building long-term partnerships What will you do at Beco Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporates, HoReCa, and healthcare sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, admin managers, and facility heads Manage the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and improve realization per order Oversee pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term agreements Ensure seamless order fulfillment, payment collection, and post-sales support Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and engagement in B2B channels Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations Qualifications bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG/Institutional sales Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills Prior experience selling to corporates, hotels, or hospitals is a plus Best-fit Behavioral Traits Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking Self-motivated and results-driven Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
