Support the HR at the respective location across the various human resource functions, including employee engagement, grievance handling Propose financial budget for employee engagement programme . Ensure that engagement activities are completed within allocated budgets Arrange for the induction of new joiners and complete all joining formalities for them Prepares and sends monthly MIS. Drive employee engagement initiatives for all the locations Coordinate for nomination and disbursal processes for the rewards and recognition program Maintain harmonious employee relations and tactfully handling employee inquiries and grievances Initiate, coordinate, and oversee various employee engagement activities at the location Interpret and clarify company policies/procedures related to payroll and benefits, and ensure and Manage and maintain employee database for the business and be business SPOC for the same Excellent in Advance Excel and Presentation
