Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to drive process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency using tools like Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma. Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and drive improvements in yield, downtime, throughput, and other key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to align on goals and address issues. Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams in continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. Implement cost-saving measures and sustainability initiatives to meet financial and operational targets. Ensure safety and quality compliance, maintaining high standards and certifications. Explore new technologies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Report on manufacturing excellence and maintain records of improvement projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years in manufacturing with focus on process improvement and Lean principles. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab). Six Sigma/Lean Certification preferred.
