We have an opportunity in the Professional Products Division for the position of DTC Manager for brand K rastase In this role, you will be responsible for driving DTC strategy and execution You should have at least 6 years of relevant work experience of which at least 2 years include handling a DTC platform The location of the job will be in Mumbai and prior experience in luxury, beauty or FMCG will be advantageous Responsibilities: Drive the brands D2C platform Manage the brand's DTC platform including its 3-year strategy Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel. Create and maintain an online e-business plan: communications calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership Plan and execute strong and efficient promotional campaigns in keeping with the brand s overall vision and guidelines Meet the D2C platform sales targets Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy and data management Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Company (marketing, sales and education) Agency Management - Liaise & manage relations with distributors, Social Media, Website, Online Media Buying,& Performance Media Agencies Key Competencies Needs a balanced profile of digital expertise + marketing / brand understanding Incumbent needs to be very strong in one of these and have great desire & intent to upskill in the other if not already a skill Rigor in execution is expected At least 2 years of DTC experience Specialization in Digital Media FMCG, beauty or luxury industry experience is preferred In-depth understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.) Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement Ability to represent LOral's perspective to internal and external stakeholders as well as provide subject matter expertise to Marketing Teams on Digital and E-commerce. Key Relationships: Internal Interactions: Marketing, Commercial, Education, CMI, Control etc. External interaction with agency partners, DTC partner, vendors . Physical Demands (e.g. % travel): Travel will be need based Education: Post Graduation/Masters in Business Management/Communications OR Specialization in Marketing /Media
