Identify potential partners in the DSA/CA ecosystem for Supply Chain Financing (SCF) and Working Capital products.
Reach out, evaluate, and onboard partners aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner-level stakeholders.
Manage and scale partnerships to ensure consistent deal flow.
Drive business sourcing through DSAs/CAs, ensuring client leads are sanctioned and disbursed as per monthly targets.
Ensure alignment of processes and documentation requirements with each partner for seamless borrower onboarding.
Coordinate with FinOps for onboarding buyers/suppliers and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Work closely with Credit, FinOps, Legal, and other internal teams to support effective conversion of partner-sourced clients.
Facilitate smooth implementation of partnership-led business operations.
Lead partnership discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contractual agreements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement, adoption, and performance.
Build processes and frameworks to improve operational efficiency, funnel conversion, and profitability.
