Position- Manager - Design & Engineering(BESS) Location : Maharashtra Experience : 5 to 12 Years Qualification : •Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering • Experience in energy storage systems, renewable energy projects, or grid-scale energy solutions. • Knowledge of battery technologies, energy management systems (EMS), and power conversion systems (PCS). • Good software knowledge - ETAP, HOMER, PSCAD. • Knowledge of codes and standards - IEEE, IEC, NFPA Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Design and engineering of battery energy storage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Evaluate different battery technologies (e.g., lithium-ion, sodium-ion, flow batteries) for various applications. Perform technical analysis, including battery sizing, energy modelling, and system. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and system performance modelling Preparation of Technical specification / Tender documents
