Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties : - Receiving Production Plan for all products & ensure for 100 % dispatch against sells order - Allocation of production on Machine as per products - Generating RM requisition for stores - Ensure timely receipt of RM / PM and other materials (by follow-up with RM dept.) - Follow up & maintain cleaning schedules. - Send SFG samples for quality approvals & for Lab Testing - Manpower Handling. - Monitoring of productivity & wastage/Gain Loss. - Control of critical control points monitoring - Keep logs and records of batch data - Proper SFG (semi-finished goods) Material handling - Maintain & clean Machine as per Preventive Maintenance schedule. - Manage manpower efficiently - Make production as per target - Take sample & send for Quality inspection for each start of batch - Production Entries in Book & ERP Coordinate with Maintenance team for zero breakdown and preventive maintenance Ensure for OEE and its improvement Ensure for No customer complaint Cost reduction with various M management Should be aware with TPM & safety concept Required Skillset : - Identification & understanding of sub categories of Product / Raw Material - Knowledge about food Industry - Expertise in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to understand and determine actions to be taken in case of non-compliant data. - Ability to work accurately and with a sense of urgency -Ability to use sound judgment in the analysis of data - Able to effectively communicate with employees and Supervisors on routine matters. - Act with utmost integrity, professionalism and positive attitude. -Able to effectively communicate with employees and Supervisors on Routine matters. -Act with utmost integrity, professionalism and positive attitude. -Must be a team player. - The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
