Manager - Decision Science

Role Overview: As a team lead and senior analyst in the Pharma domain, your primary responsibility will be to work on multiple project streams for clients and apply analytics to support better business decision-making. You will lead and guide the team independently or with minimal support to implement and deliver complex project assignments. Your logical thinking skills will be essential in analyzing data, problems, and situations systematically. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, expectations, and deliver results back to the client independently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide the team to implement and deliver complex project assignments - Get accurate briefs from the client and translate them into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans - Maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness in project management - Monitor accuracy and quality of others" work - Think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans - Think analytically and guide team members in analysis - Manage client relationships and expectations independently - Demonstrate excellent communication skills Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech degree - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the Pharma domain - Hands-on experience (3-5 years) in one or more analytics tools: SAS/SQL/R/VBA/Alterx - Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork & Leadership, Motivation to Learn and Grow, Ownership, Cultural Fit, Talent Management - Technical Competencies: Problem Solving, Lifescience Knowledge, Communication, Project Management, Attention to P&L Impact, Business Development, Capability Building/Thought Leadership - Additional Qualifications: Economics or Econometrics from a Tier 1 College with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the Life-sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.,
