We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Data Readiness Development to manage and empower our team of Data Migration Developers The Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of our data migration initiatives This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing technical teams, driving complex data migration projects, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Our team is responsible for Conversion build and execution of all data load cycles (Tech Load, Mocks, Dress Rehearsal and Production Loads) The ideal candidate is critical in training new Data Migration Developers, as well as supervising daily work activities and providing meaningful status updates Your Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Data Migration Developers. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data migration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data migration efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Establish and enforce best practices for data migration methodologies, tools, and techniques. Drive the adoption of automation and other innovative solutions to streamline data migration processes. Technical Oversight and Guidance: Provide technical oversight and guidance on data migration solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging data migration technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Ensure that the team is producing proper documentation, and following all data governance policies. Reporting and Communication: Monitor and report on key data migration metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns
