Job Description

Our client, one of Indias leading companies in the Food Ingredients manufacturing space is on the lookout for a manager to lead and support the Customer Service and Order Management team. Manage and direct the entire domestic and export process and activities, from planning and organizing through to overseeing customer service and sales support KRAs Customer Relations Attend to customer inquiries, provide product information, order processing with timely dispatch with requisite documentation and third-party certifications. Planning & Organizing Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders, compile required documentation for domestic and export processes and ensure compliance with international shipping laws and standards. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop cost estimates for domestic and international shipments and manage freight costs, customs taxes, and other associated fees. You must have, A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role Thorough knowledged of shipping documentation requirements Understanding of supply chain and logistics Very good interpersonal skills
