Your responsibilities will include: - Managing product engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy applications using leading low-code platforms and integrating Generative AI capabilities. - Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality, performant solutions. - Participating in architecture discussions to shape the technical direction of the platform. - Continuously evaluating new GenAI and low-code trends to bring innovative ideas into development cycles. - Providing technical assistance to advance product capabilities and resolve complex issues. - Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A deep interest in Pega and the latest advancements in GenAI, including models, use cases, and industry trends. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, with a focus on Pega infinity, GenAI, and machine learning concepts. - Proficiency in design patterns to support the Pega platform evolution, particularly in the context of GenAI. - Passion for inspiring and mentoring engineering teams for growth. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure. In addition to your qualifications, you should have: - 8-12 years of experience in a product development company with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience managing product development teams. - Pega 8.x Certified CSA and CSSA, with strong problem-solving, debugging, and design skills. - Experience in Agile/Scrum team environments and a proven track record of managing engineering teams.
